Description
Winter with TBC Racing is a chance to make gains in both training and on-the-water rowing.
With a focus on continuing the growth of the athletes to compete against the fastest crews in the country, we will continue to row throughout the winter as much as weather & light permits.
When weather is not conducive for rowing, we will train indoors at the boathouse on ergs and weights. For those planning on rowing competitively in the Spring, the winter is an important training season to put us in a competitive position to make a run for the medal stand at US Nationals in Sarasota in June.
Practice Schedules:
December 2, 2024 – February 17, 2025
Monday-Friday, 4:00-6:30 pm
Saturday, 8-10:30 am

Eligibility
This season is for any athlete who has rowed for a season long learn to row program or competitive team.
